Attending the 12th Annual I Do Wedding Awards on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at the iconic Cutlers Hall in Sheffield was an unforgettable experience.

Walking through those historic doors as a regional finalist felt completely surreal. Surrounded by the finest wedding suppliers across Yorkshire and the Midlands, the energy in the room was electric. It was a beautiful reminder of why we pour our hearts into this industry and why we love every second of it.
What makes these particular trophies so special is that they are known as the "People's Awards". There is no rigid judging panel to please during the initial rounds; the finalists are decided entirely by the real votes and feedback of our incredible newlyweds. Knowing that our past couples took the time to vote for us is the greatest honour, regardless of who took home the official plaque.
The night was full of excitement, laughter, and a real sense of community. I want to share a bit about the event, the fantastic people I met, and why being recognised in Yorkshire means so much to me.

The Magic of the I Do Wedding Awards in Yorkshire
The I Do Wedding Awards celebrate the best wedding suppliers across Yorkshire & the Midlands, shining a spotlight on those who make weddings unforgettable.
Winning Best Entertainment for the second year running shows how much my work resonates with couples and industry peers here in Yorkshire. It’s not just about the trophy; it’s about being part of a community that values creativity, professionalism, and passion.
Yorkshire has a rich wedding scene and entertainment plays a huge role in making each celebration unique. Being recognised here means I'm doing something right in a region that appreciates quality and heart.
A Night to Remember at Cutler's Hall
Cutler's Hall in Sheffield provided the perfect backdrop for the awards night. The historic venue, with its grand architecture and warm atmosphere, made the evening feel special from the moment we arrived. The host, Stephanie Hirst, kept the energy high and the mood light, making sure everyone felt part of the celebration.
Sitting at the same table as some incredible suppliers and friends added to the experience: Bianca Blezard, The Mobile Portrait Photobooth, Ambience North Yorkshire and BOW-Tiful Walks & Weddings.

Winning Best Wedding Entertainment in Yorkshire for the 2nd Year!
I was completely honoured to win "Best Entertainment" last year, but I never thought I'd win it for a second year running!

I am truly grateful to everyone of my couples who took their time out to vote. It really does mean the world.
